Payment options and conditions

All orders in our e-shop are processed on the basis of 100% advance payment. We will only start the production process or preparatory work on your order after the funds have been properly credited to our bank account.

An exception to this obligation are orders whose sole subject is house numbers - we will also be happy to send these products to you on cash on delivery with payment directly upon receipt of the goods.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Online payment by credit card: Immediate and secure payment by card via the payment gateway in the shopping cart.

Bank transfer (Proforma invoice): Payment by regular bank transfer based on the details that we will send you by e-mail after confirming the order. The shipment goes into production after the amount has been credited to our account.

Cash on delivery (only for house numbers): Payment in cash or by card to the courier of the shipping company upon receipt of the shipment.

Shipping methods and conditions

We will deliver the ordered goods to your home or to the desired delivery location. The shipping price depends on the total weight and dimensions of the goods and is calculated automatically directly in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Pallet shipping and unloading of goods

We usually deliver heavier or larger products as a pallet shipment. For these shipments, it is necessary to arrange for the unloading of the material yourself (for example, using appropriate technical means or a sufficient number of people). The transport company provides delivery without unloading the material from the vehicle. The transport mat (pallet) is already included in the final transport price and remains with the buyer.

Personal collection

If you are not interested in delivery by courier, you can pick up your order in person directly at our facility:

Choice conditions: Personal collection is possible only after you receive an e-mail confirmation from us that your order is completely prepared and ready for collection. Personal collection is free of charge.
