Explanations for the configurator:

1. Product code

2. Orientation: The orientation of the sheet depends on how it is positioned (e.g., a gate is usually vertical because it is taller than it is wide, panels in walls are usually wider than tall, so horizontal).

3. Maximum sheet size is 1.500 m x 3.000 m.We recommend reducing the width and height of the sheet by 2mm.

4. Frameless part bend is suitable between steel posts or wall as a fence infill. No need to create a frame around the sheet. 10mm mounting holes are on the sides, and water drainage holes are at the bottom.

5. Holes are suitable for riveting with 4mm rivets.

6. Pattern size: Large pattern is standard size, Medium is reduced for more detail, Small is even more detailed for smaller applications (e.g., ventilation grilles).

7. Material:
- Steel thickness 2mm
- Galvanized steel thickness 2mm, galvanized before cutting
- Stainless steel thickness 2mm, one side brushed with foil, other side untreated
- Aluminum thickness 3mm, backside must be ground after cutting
- Corten thickness 2mm, not pre-rusted (no corrosion), must be left to rust naturally
- After cutting, burrs may remain that need grinding. Burr removal is not included in the price. This mostly happens with aluminum.
- We recommend sandblasting and powder coating steel, zinc, and aluminum surfaces.
